Massage therapy is a skill I was naturally born with and drawn to. As a young child, I was able to sense when someone needed a positive touch, and I would instinctively go to them and give shoulder massages or a gentle rub. While lying on the table receiving my first massage at the age of 16, I decided right then that massage was what I wanted to do for a living. It gives me great pleasure to assist people on their journey of wellness — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I am a graduate of Health Options Institute in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. My studies there were under some of the greatest teachers/healers I believe are living today. There is so much to learn that is of great benefit to humanity. It is my commitment and dedication to my clients to continue learning and expanding my knowledge for the rest of my life.

I have been practicing massage since 2004, and I acquired my national certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) in 2009. My first job was in a chiropractor’s office. I worked there for one year until the birth of my first daughter. During that time, I gained great experience working with a variety of different people and conditions. The birth of my daughter brought about in me a great interest and love for working with pregnant women. I have my certification in prenatal massage and am currently a massage doula in-training.

Since then, I have worked with other chiropractors and doctors, as well as spas and salons. I am grateful to have such a diverse background of working experience and education. It is what makes me the therapist I am today and strive to be in the future!

I love the work I do and look forward to being a part of your healing process.
